Ryan Kronbetter
Chief Architect
Ryan has over 25 years of experience on a variety of projects ranging from small retail spaces to large scale resorts. He has been involved in the architectural profession since his graduation from Silverado High School in Las Vegas and has progressed to owning his own practice.
Ryan has served as the Owner's rep on Fire Station 95 remodel and also assisted in the Fire Station Master Plan and eventual RFP for the five stations that have been remodeled since 2020.
Rich Johnson
Public Safety Design Principal
Rich has served as a firefighter for over 30 years. He began his career in wildland firefighting before going to Henderson Fire Department. He currently serves as the Deputy Chief. He was the leader in changing the fire stations in HFD to modern principles. He collaborated with CSD to create the prototype station which HFD still uses today and was the Fire Department lead building that prototype four times. He also led the Master Plan which led to the renovations of five of the older stations. He is intimately aware of the operational considerations that must go into each element of a fire station.
Lryric Evans
Senior Associate
Lyric is a Senior Associate with RKA and has over 5 years of experience with the team. She has been involved in Architecture since high school in Las Vegas and moved forward to obtain her Bachelor of Science in Architecture from The University of Nevada Las Vegas in 2020. She will be continuing her education by seeking her Masters degree, followed by licensure. Lyric strives for full familiarity of each project and helps oversee project management within the firm. Lyric brings many things to the table at RKA ranging from developing Construction Documents, client presentations, and 3D renderings.
